Withdrawal of the Initial Limited Partner. The Initial Limited Partner shall withdraw from the Partnership and shall be paid One Dollar ($1.00) by the Partnership in compensation for extinguishing his limited partnership interest upon the Partnership issuing at least one Unit to a Limited Partner.
