Withdrawal or Reduction of Members’ Capital Contributions. (a) No Member has the right to withdraw all or any part of the Member’s Capital Contribution or to receive any return on any portion of the Member’s Capital Contribution, except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement. Under circumstances involving a return of any Capital Contribution, no Member has the right to receive property other than cash.
