Withdrawal or Removal of General Partners. (a) A General Partner may withdraw from the Partnership as a General Partner without the approval of any other Partner if it Transfers all of its GP Units to an Affiliate of such General Partner as provided in Section 6.2, and such Affiliate is admitted as a General Partner as provided in Section 12.1.
