Withdrawal; Partition. No Member shall have the right to resign or withdraw as a member of the Company. No Member shall have the right to seek or obtain partition by court decree or operation of law of any Company property, or the right to own or use particular or individual assets of the Company, except as may be expressly set forth in the Commercial Agreements, the Honda Commercial Agreements or any other written agreement between such Member and the Company.
