Withdrawal, Return of Capital; Interest. Except as specifically provided herein, no Member shall be entitled to any distributions from the Company or to withdraw any part of such Member’s Capital Contribution prior to the Company’s dissolution and liquidation or, when such withdrawal of capital is permitted, to demand distribution of property other than money.
