Common use of Withdrawal Upon Request Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal Upon Request. The Managing Partner or any number of General Partners holding in the aggregate a majority of the General Partner Percentages may cause the withdrawal of any Partner from the Partnership. Such withdrawal decision is to be communicated to the Partner (the “Mandatory Withdrawal Notice”) and in a reasonable time thereafter the Partnership shall inform the Partner in writing of the total amount of Capital Contribution (Limited Partner or Subordinated Limited Partner) and/or General Partner’s Adjusted Capital Contribution withdrawn from the Partnership (the “Mandatory Withdrawal Amount”).
