Common use of Withdrawals from Capital Accounts Clause in Contracts

Withdrawals from Capital Accounts. No Member shall be entitled to receive interest on or to withdraw any amount from such Member’s Capital Account other than as expressly provided herein.

Withdrawals from Capital Accounts. No Member shall be entitled to receive interest on or to withdraw any amount from such Member’s Member Capital Account Account, other than as expressly provided herein.

Withdrawals from Capital Accounts. No Except as expressly provided herein or in the Agreement or the Escrow Agreement, no Member shall be entitled to receive interest on or to withdraw any amount from such Member’s his, her or its Capital Account in the Company, and no Member shall have the right to demand and receive property other than as expressly provided hereincash in return for any contributions to the capital of the Company.

Withdrawals from Capital Accounts. No Member shall be entitled to receive interest on withdraw any part of its Capital Account or to withdraw receive any distribution from the Company, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement. No Member shall receive any interest, salary, or drawing with respect to its Capital Contributions or its Capital Account, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement. The Capital Accounts are maintained for the sole purpose of allocating items of income, gain, loss, and deduction among the Members and shall have no effect on the amount from such Member’s Capital Account other than as expressly provided hereinof any distributions to any Members, in liquidation or otherwise.
