Common use of Withdrawals from Custodial Account Clause in Contracts

Withdrawals from Custodial Account. The Master Custodial Administration Agreement Administrator may instruct the Custodian to withdraw from the Custodial Account amounts sufficient to pay any proper charge against the Custodial Account. To the extent permissible by applicable law, the Employer may reimburse Custodian or the Master Custodial Administration Agreement Administrator for any charges withdrawn from the Custodial Account.
