Withdrawals from U.S. Cash Proceeds Account. If a Cash Dominion Event shall have occurred and be continuing and if any U.S. Finance Obligations are then outstanding, all of the funds on deposit in the U.S. Cash Proceeds Account shall be withdrawn by the Collateral Agent and immediately used to repay (or cash collateralize, as applicable) such U.S. Finance Obligations in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement.
