Withdrawals/Termination of Project Agreement. Unless a Project Agreement provides otherwise: (a) the parties to a Project Agreement may terminate the Project Agreement by mutual written agreement, provided that they give at least 90 days’ notice to the Collaboration Council; and (b) a party to a Project Agreement may withdraw from the Project Agreement by giving at least 90 days’ notice to the Collaboration Council and the other parties to the Project Agreement.
