A mandatory corporate event is an event initiated by a public company which affects its share/equity. Mandatory corporate events among others can be: • Dividends: Part of corporate profits are allocated to shareholders. Dividends related to stock positions are booked on pay date based on the eligible holding on the previous date, the ex-date. Dividend payments will be credited with any applicable withholding taxes deducted (applicable only for Long/Buy positions). • Stock split / Reverse stock split: Increase / decrease in meeting its obligations a corporation’s number of outstanding equities and the subsequent equity price and nominal value are adjusted accordingly. Such events may be dealt with either by providing the additional stock(s) to act in the client's best interestaccount or by crediting the value of the said share to the client's account. • Liquidation: Financial instruments of the company that is under the liquidation process, held by the clients will be removed from client’s accounts. Liquidation proceeds, if any, will keep be credited to client’s accounts upon receipt. • Spin-off: The parent company’s shares lose value following a spinoff, due to the client informedcreation of a new and independent company, including about through the reasons for any delay and distribution of new shares of the expected timeframe before parent company. Holders of the funds said financial instrument, receive equivalent shares of the new company as compensation. • Mergers: A merger happens when two companies combine to form a single entity. Public companies often merge with the declared goal of increasing shareholder value, by gaining market share or from entering new business segments. Relevant adjustments will be withdrawn. In the case where an instrument offered by the company becomes subject to a corporate event, clear it may be dealt with either by providing the additional financial instruments to the client's account or may result in a cash adjustment, by crediting the value of the said financial instrument to the client's account. In any case, the client’s account will reflect the adjusted value and/or the number of shares following the changes that occurred. For the cases where the relevant adjustments shall take place, but the pay date of the event is not confirmed or beyond the tradeable cycle, or due to technical limitations, the Company will process these adjustments manually and each client will be informed accordingly. 22.1 At this time WGM Services Ltd does not charge brokerage fees or commissions, however we reserve the client informedright to change our fee structure at any time provided advance notice. Fees do not currently, including about but may in the reasons future include such things as statement charges, order cancellation charges, account transfer charges, or fees imposed by any market or other regulatory or self-regulatory organization arising out of our provisions of service.
22.2 You acknowledge and confirm that any trading account held with the Company in which you have not placed a trade and/or made a deposit for any delay (5) Five months or more, shall be classified by the Company as an Inactive Account. Withdrawals. 15.1 Once your 13.31.1 No payments to, or withdrawals from, any Transaction Account (other than the Disbursement Account) shall be made after the Closing Date except as expressly permitted by this Clause 13.31 or clause 13.33.
13.31.2 None of Plateau, Holdco or Opco may make any withdrawal request is approvedfrom any Transaction Account:

13.31.3 If, at any time an Event of Default is continuing, the Lender may, by written notice to the Account Bank or Standard Bank, as the case may be, specify that no withdrawals from the Borrower Proceeds Account or the Borrower Business Account maintained with such bank may be made without the prior written consent of the Lender.
13.31.4 If, at any time a Fundamental Event of Default has occurred the Lender may, by written notice to the Account Bank or Standard Bank, as the case may be, specify that no withdrawals from all or any of the Transaction Accounts maintained with such bank may be made without the prior written consent of the Lender.

Withdrawals. 15.1 Once 10.1 You can request a Withdrawal of all, or part of the funds held in your Wallet(s) or Verto Global Account at any time via the Verto Platform. Withdrawal methods are payment services provided, at least in part, by third party financial institutions (for example, the bank where you hold your Nominated Account). We do not guarantee the availability of any particular Withdrawal method and may make changes to or discontinue a particular Withdrawal method at any time, as long as there is at least one Withdrawal method available to you.
10.2 Where the Withdrawal payment is received by you through the involvement of a third party financial institutions (such as the bank where you hold your Nominated Account), we shall not be responsible for the Withdrawal payment once the withdrawn funds are received by your third party financial institutions.
10.3 Your Wallet(s) or Verto Global Account may be subject to Withdrawal limits. These limits can be based on legal and regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction you are in. 15.4 If you request a withdrawal of funds monies from your Account and we cannot comply with it without closing some part of your open positions, we will not comply with the request until you have closed sufficient positions to allow you to make the withdrawal. In order to process your withdrawal request please ensure that the funds remaining on your account following your withdrawal is at least twice of your used margin. If you have not met the necessary bonus trading requirements at the time you make a withdrawal request the bonus will be debited from your trading account. Withdrawals will only be made on request by you, by bank transfer to an account in your name or such other method as we, in our absolute discretion, may determine.
15.5 In the event that it is not possible for the funds . A client’s request to be withdrawn without delay, Demeterer, in meeting its obligations to act in the client's best interest, will keep the client informed, including about the reasons for any delay and the expected timeframe before the withdraw funds will be withdrawndone on the same day that the request to withdraw funds was made, or the next working day if the client’s request is received outside of normal trading hours. Information provided to the client about Jin Daocheng Limited will not be responsible for any delays in withdrawing funds will be fair, clear and not misleading.
15.6 Demeterer will endeavour to process your withdrawal requests promptly, however the time needed for the requested funds to be processed and appear in your account will depend upon the method used for depositing the funds and the third parties which are executing beyond Jin Daocheng ’s Limited control as delays occurring from either banks or payment service providers . Refunds JDC MARKETS does not offer the payments.option to refund monies back to clients once those monies are invested but can withdraw at any time the remaining balance of his account if any.
