Withdrawing Borrowers Sample Clauses

Withdrawing Borrowers. Micro may, upon prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, specify that any Borrower (other than Micro) shall be withdrawn as a Borrower under and for all purposes of this Credit Agreement; provided that such notice and the withdrawal of such Borrower shall be effective only upon the repayment in full of all Loans and the Cash Collateralization of all Letters of Credit made to such Borrower.
