Withdrawn or unsold. Goods returned at the Consignor’s request shall be returned at the Consignor’s risk and expense and shall not be insured in transit unless Levis is otherwise instructed to do so by the Consignor and at the Consignor’s expense. Levis shall also be entitled to charge the Consignor a reasonable fee for packing or crating the returned Goods.
