Withheld or Withdrawn Patents. In the event that any patent is removed from the PatentBook under Section 3.9 or the license under any patent is terminated as provided in Section 3.10, the calculation of the Publisher Share of Subscription Payments shall exclude such Patent(s) in any Quarter in which the patent was removed or license terminated.
