Withholding and other Deductions. The Company shall have the right to deduct from the Base Salary, other compensation payable to the Executive, and any other payments, including severance payments, that the Company may make to the Executive pursuant to the terms hereof, social security taxes and all federal, state, and municipal taxes and charges as may now be in effect or which may hereafter be enacted or required as charges on the compensation of the Executive.
