Common use of WITHHOLDING AUTHORIZATION Clause in Contracts

WITHHOLDING AUTHORIZATION. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of Employment hereunder, Executive authorizes Company to withhold from any Severance Benefits otherwise due to Executive and from any other funds held for Executive’s benefit by Company, any damages or losses sustained by Company as a result of any material breach or other material violation of this Agreement by Executive, pending resolution of any underlying dispute.

WITHHOLDING AUTHORIZATION. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of Employment hereunder, Executive authorizes Company to withhold from any Severance Benefits otherwise due to Executive and from any other funds held for Executive’s benefit by Company, any undisputed damages or losses sustained by Company as a result of any material breach or other material violation of this Agreement by Executive, pending resolution of any underlying dispute.

To the fullest full extent permitted under the laws of the State of Employment hereunder, Executive authorizes Company to withhold from any Severance Benefits severance payments otherwise due to Executive and from any other funds (other than wages) held for Executive’s 's benefit by Company, any damages or losses sustained by Company as a result of any material breach or other material violation of this Agreement by Executive, pending resolution of any underlying disputearbitration between the parties as provided for herein.
