Withholding For Amounts Owed to Employer. Execution of this Agreement shall constitute Executive’s authorization for Employer to make deductions from Executive’s Consideration, for Executive’s indebtedness to Employer, or to repay Employer for unaccrued vacation or other Paid Time Off already taken, Executive purchases, wage or benefit overpayment, or other Employer claims against Executive, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
