Withholding For Amounts Owed to Employer. Execution of this Agreement shall constitute Employee’s authorization for Employer to make deductions from Employee’s Consideration, for Employee’s indebtedness to Employer, or to repay Employer for unaccrued Paid Time Off already taken, employee purchases, wage or benefit overpayment, or other Employer claims against Employee, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
