Withholding Notice. Prior to withholding payment, TJJD shall provide to the Chief Administrative Officer, Juvenile Board Chairperson, and Fiscal Officer reasonable notice of the intent to withhold payment and the date(s) of intended withholding. 7.5.4.1.
