Withholding of Distributions. From the date of the receipt of any instrument relating to the transfer of a Unit or at any time the Managing General Partners are in doubt regarding the Person entitled to receive distributions in respect of a Unit, the Managing General Partners may withhold any such distributions until the transfer is completed or abandoned or the dispute is resolved.
