Without Cause Before Final Vesting Date. If the Employee’s Continuous Service is involuntarily terminated without Cause after the Initial Vesting Date and on or before the Final Vesting Date, the Final Award Portion will terminate and be cancelled as of the date of such termination of service and no portion of the Final Award Portion, whether or not it would have otherwise become vested in accordance with the terms of this Agreement otherwise, will be paid or be payable to the Employee.
