Without Cause Before Initial Vesting Date. If the Employee’s Continuous Service is involuntarily terminated without Cause on or before the Initial Vesting Date, the Award will terminate and be cancelled as of the date of such termination of service, and no portion of the Award Amount, whether or not it would have otherwise become vested in accordance with the terms of this Agreement otherwise, will be paid or be payable to the Employee.
