Common use of Without Cause by DDR Clause in Contracts

Without Cause by DDR. During the Contract Period while Executive is employed by DDR, DDR may terminate Executive’s employment under this Agreement at any time without Cause pursuant to written notice provided to Executive not less than 90 days in advance of such termination. Any termination under this Section 6.4 will be effective at such time during the Contract Period while Executive is employed by DDR as may be specified in that written notice.
