Without Cause or with Good Reason on or following a Change in Control. In the event that the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company without Cause or by the Executive with Good Reason, in either case, on the date of or following a Change in Control, subject to the Executive’s execution and non-revocation of a Release Agreement within the time period specified in such Release Agreement, any unvested RSUs will vest as of the Termination Date.
