Without Cause; Retirement or Resignation. The Employer may Terminate Executive’s employment without cause (“Termination Without Cause”). Executive may voluntarily retire or resign upon giving notice as provided in Sections 7(e) and 17(i) and thereby Terminate Executive’s employment with the Employer (the “Voluntary Termination”).
