Without cause termination of Master Agreement. Without prejudice to any other rights ALPS may have under this Master Agreement or at law, ALPS may terminate this Master Agreement without cause, at any time by giving at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to the Supplier, and ALPS shall not be liable for any Losses suffered or incurred by the Supplier arising from any such termination, or to compensate the Supplier for any period of the Term of this Master Agreement.
