Without “Good Reason” by Executive. Executive may terminate the Employment Term at any time during such Employment Term for any reason whatsoever (other than Good Reason) by giving a Notice of Termination to Employer. The Date of Termination pursuant to this Section 3.2.2 shall be thirty (30) days after the Notice of Termination is given.
