Without limiting clause 7 Sample Clauses
The "Without limiting Clause 7" clause serves to clarify that the provisions which follow are additional to, and do not restrict, the rights or obligations already established in Clause 7 of the agreement. In practice, this means that any specific rights, remedies, or requirements set out after this phrase are intended to supplement, rather than narrow or override, what is already provided in Clause 7. For example, if Clause 7 outlines general obligations, the subsequent section may introduce further requirements without affecting the original scope. This clause ensures that the parties understand the new terms are cumulative, thereby preventing any unintended limitation or reduction of the protections or duties previously agreed upon.
