Without limiting GC 12. 2.1, the Design-Builder shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner from and against, and shall pay to the Owner promptly on demand any amount in respect of, any loss or damage to the Owner’s property and facilities that arises as a result of the use of the property or facilities by the Design-Builder Parties under the terms of the Contract.
