Without prejudice to Article II Clause Samples
The clause 'Without prejudice to Article II' serves to clarify that the provisions being discussed do not override or diminish the rights or obligations established in Article II of the agreement. In practice, this means that any actions, exceptions, or rules set out in the current section must be interpreted in a way that does not conflict with or undermine Article II. For example, if Article II grants certain protections or entitlements, those remain fully in effect regardless of what is stated elsewhere. This clause ensures that the integrity and priority of Article II are maintained, preventing accidental or unintended modification of its terms.
