Without prejudice to Service Provider’s other rights and remedies in the event any sum due (other than those subject to dispute in good faith) to Service Provider pursuant to the terms of this Agreement remains unpaid ten (10) Business Days after the applicable due date, interest shall accrue daily, from the due date until the date of actual payment, at an annual interest rate equal to 6%.

  • Other Rights and Remedies Lender shall have all the rights and remedies of a secured creditor under the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code, as may be amended from time to time. In addition, Lender shall have and may exercise any or all other rights and remedies it may have available at law, in equity, or otherwise.
