Without prejudice to Service. Provider’s other rights and remedies, in the event any sum due (other than those subject to dispute in good faith) to Service Provider pursuant to the terms of this Agreement remains unpaid ten (10) Business Days after the applicable due date, interest shall accrue daily, from the due date until the date of actual payment, at an annual interest rate equal to 6%.
