Common use of Without prejudice to Xxxxxxx LDP Clause in Contracts

Without prejudice to Xxxxxxx LDP. right to claim costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, if for any reason any payment is not made when due, Xxxxxxx LDP reserve the right to be paid on an indemnity basis any cost incurred in recovering any money due under these Terms (such costs to include but not be limited to administrative costs and any legal costs incurred).
