Common use of Without restricting Clause 9 Clause in Contracts

Without restricting Clause 9. 1.1 above, a Discloser’s Confidential Information includes any of the following: (a) Personal Information; (b) Intellectual Property (c) information concerning any research, experimental work or other development undertaken by Discloser; and (d) any design details and specifications, engineering, financial information, pricing, manufacturing, customer lists, business forecasts, sales and merchandising, and marketing plans and information, that belongs to the Discloser.

Without restricting Clause 9. 1.1 above, a Discloser’s Disclosers Confidential Information includes any of the following: (a) Personal Information; (b) Intellectual Property (c) information concerning any research, experimental work or other development undertaken by Discloser; and (d) any design details and specifications, engineering, financial information, pricing, manufacturing, customer lists, business forecasts, sales and merchandising, and marketing plans and information, that belongs to the Discloser.
