Without waiving the right to sovereign. immunity as may be provided in Mandates, the Provider may acknowledge by attestation it is self-insured for general liability under a State’s sovereign immunity statute with monetary waiver limits per person and per occurrence, as such limits may be changed and set forth by State law. Provider agrees to notify ILS Community Network if, during the term of this Agreement, any change occurs regarding Provider’s entitlement to sovereign immunity.
