Witness of Repeater Acceptance Testing. For each City Network, and in accordance with this Exhibit E, the following shall apply: (i) Owner shall be entitled to attend and witness all testing performed hereunder; and (ii) Contractor shall provide Owner with fourteen (14) Calendar Days prior written notice of commencement of any such testing.
