Witness Services; Cooperation Sample Clauses

The "Witness Services; Cooperation" clause requires parties to provide assistance and cooperation, particularly in legal proceedings or investigations where their testimony or information may be needed. This typically involves making individuals available to serve as witnesses, providing relevant documents, or assisting in the preparation of legal cases. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties are obligated to support each other in legal matters, thereby facilitating the effective resolution of disputes or compliance with legal requirements.
