Common use of WMATA Reimbursable Costs Clause in Contracts

WMATA Reimbursable Costs. The Developer will be solely responsible for reimbursing WMATA for WMATA Reimbursable Costs up to $10 million. The Parties will share equally in the next $10 million of aggregate WMATA Reimbursable Costs, with the Department reimbursing the Developer for its allocable share of any such costs incurred. In the event WMATA Reimbursable Costs are greater than $20 million, the Department will be solely responsible for reimbursing WMATA for amounts in excess of $20 million (or reimbursing the Developer if the Developer paid WMATA any of such excess amounts).
