Undertaking (a) the word or expression ceases to be defined in the Access Undertaking, the word or expression will have the meaning given in the Access Undertaking immediately prior to it ceasing to be defined in the Access Undertaking; or (b) there ceases to be an Access Undertaking in force, the word or expression will have the meaning given in the Access Undertaking immediately prior to it ceasing to be in force.
