Work Affecting HVAC Systems. Prior to commencing any work affecting air disbursement from ventilation systems serving the Premises or the Building, including without limitation the installation of Tenant’s exhaust systems, Tenant shall provide to Landlord, if reasonably requested by Landlord in view of the nature of the proposed work in question, a third party report from a consultant, and in a form, reasonably acceptable to Landlord, showing that such work will not adversely affect the ventilation systems of the Building (or of any other tenant in the Building) and Tenant shall, upon completion of such work, be responsible for ensuring that such work does not adversely affect such systems.
