WORK AFTER 3:00AM Sample Clauses

WORK AFTER 3:00AM. If an Employee is released after 3:00am from overtime or work following recall on a normal working day, the employee will not be required for any further work that day and will not incur a reduction in payment for ordinary hours of work. If an Employee is released after 3:00am from overtime or work following recall on a Saturday or Sunday, the employee will receive an additional payment equivalent to four (4) hours at ordinary time.
