WORK AND COST STATEMENT. Tenant shall be responsible for the cost to construct and install the Tenant Work hereunder, subject to the obligation of Landlord to pay to Tenant the Improvement Allowance, as hereinabove provided. Together with the submission of the Tenant Work Plans and Specifications to Landlord, as provided for above, and otherwise upon request by Landlord from time to time, Tenant shall prepare and submit to Landlord, a high level statement of the estimated cost to construct and install the Tenant Work, which shall designate or note the items of the Tenant Work that are being paid for with the Base Building Allowance.
