Common use of Work Approvals Clause in Contracts

Work Approvals. The Subrecipient shall obtain all necessary approvals from any and all governmental agencies requisite to the completion of the Work and shall be in compliance with all federal, State and local laws, ordinances and regulations applicable thereto, and Subrecipient has obtained acceptance of all engineering or facilities plans or reports with respect to the Work from the County.
