Work Assignments for Occupational Therapists. A. Beginning in the 2018/2019 school year, Occupational Therapists (OT) will have a work year of 184 days. A calendar shall be submitted by each OT at the beginning of each year. The 184 days shall consist of 180 days of student interaction, one non-student, non-meeting work day at the beginning of each fiscal year for educational planning, and three (3) staff development days.
