Common use of Work Beyond the Normal Workday Clause in Contracts

Work Beyond the Normal Workday. An employee required to work two hours or more beyond the normal workday shall be allowed one-half hour for meal time with pay. An employee required to work at least three hours before normal starting time shall be allowed one-half hour meal time with pay, provided he/she completes his/her normal shift. The provisions in Section 1(E) of this Article shall apply.
