CONTRACTOR acknowledges that OWNER has contracted with one or more third parties for the performance, at the Power Plant site or on the Site, of work not within CONTRACTOR’s scope of Work, including, without limitation, construction of the Power Plant and drilling activities related to production and injection xxxxx. CONTRACTOR shall reasonably coordinate and cooperate with such third parties and shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that its activities do not interfere with such work by third parties.
