Work Experience Programmes. It is agreed that in the event the Employer institutes a work experience programme the Employer must first receive permission from the Union in each and every instance. This programme shall not exceed 45 days. Failure on the part of the Employer to receive such permission from the Union there shall be no work experience programme.

  • Work Experience Formula hour equivalents will be given on the basis of the following number of students enrolled at fourth week census: 5-14 students enrolled = 1 (one) formula hour 15-24 students enrolled = 2 (two) formula hours 25-34 students enrolled = 3 (three) formula hours

  • Maintenance Programme 17.4.1 On or before COD and no later than 45 (forty five) days prior to the beginning of each Accounting Year during the Operation Period, as the case may be, the Concessionaire shall provide to the Authority and the Independent Engineer, its proposed annual programme of preventive, urgent and other scheduled maintenance (the “Maintenance Programme”) to comply with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual and Safety Requirements.   • Curriculum Work The rate of pay for non-released time for curriculum work shall be determined by dividing the appropriate Bachelor’s degree beginning salary by one hundred eighty-six (186) days. (Effective beginning with the 2004-2005 school year, divide by one hundred eighty-five (185) days.) Summer curriculum work shall be authorized by the Superintendent and supplemental contracts shall be issued for the performance of summer curriculum work.

  • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.8.1 NOW will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. NOW must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non-designed unbundled loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. At the time of the trouble report, NOW will be required to provide the results of the NOW test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided loop.

  • Previous Experience 31.01 New employees will be classified according to previous comparable experience for the purpose of establishing wage rates. The Co-operative shall not be required to recognize previous experience of new employees who have not worked in the same or similar business in the past two (2) years. Recognized credit for previous experience shall be applicable to qualifying employees commencing with the first working day following completion of said employee's probationary period.
