Work for Upwork Client. UTG has contracted with Freelancer to provide certain services or deliverables to the Upwork Client (the “Project”). Freelancer acknowledges and agrees that the Upwork Client is an express third-party beneficiary of this Agreement, including without limitation the Arbitration Provision contained in section 15, below, having the right to enforce this Agreement in accordance with its terms.
