Work from Resource Residence. Notwithstanding any contradicting terms in this Agreement, the Parties agree that Supplier resources providing Services under this Agreement are approved to use a Remote Access Laptop/Desktop to connect to the AT&T Secure VPN Gateway from their residence in the USA and outside of USA while adhering to applicable terms in Subsection 3.
