Work on Base Building Systems. All Life/Safety systems of the Building are to be maintained, and all of the Contractor’s work is to be properly interfaced with and connected to the Base Building systems as required by the Lease and Laws, or by Building operation. All construction is to be done in such a way as to protect all Base Building operations and warranties.
